I bought a car at Lancaster Toyota in October. I visited there 4 or 5 times and drove at least 10 vehicles. This was part of a car buying process where I researched vehicles on the internet and visited several dealerships and drove numerous cars. The last time I bought a new car was 17 years ago and I wanted to be sure I was buying the best car for me. My sales person was Taylor S. He was very patient but also consistently followed up to make sure he was doing everything possible to assist me in making a decision. Once I decided to buy a Toyota I knew I would buy my car from Taylor. He earned my sale. I would highly recommend him for anyone who Is looking to buy a Toyota. He has already followed up with a call to see how I’m enjoying my new car.
I was very impressed with the service area & professionalism of the staff. Carlos Moreno was my service provider & was very courteous & helpful. I didn't have a long waiting period to have my car serviced which was completed within half hour of my arrival. Lancaster Toyota will definitely be my new service center for my car.
I had a great experience here. I had no credit and Lancaster Toyota was by far the most willing to work with me. The salesman was fantastic he wasn't overly pushy and he did his best to get me into a car and he did. It's reliable it gets great gas mileage and I was just absolutely ecstatic with the purchase. I'm not really a Toyota guy but if I ever do decide to get another one I will absolutely be going back to Lancaster Toyota.
I purchased a new 4Runner from Lancaster Toyota in December 2017; Gus P. was my salesperson. I knew what I was looking for and wanted to complete the sale promptly. Gus listened to my needs; and we immediately took a comparable vehicle for a thorough test drive. The sales team worked together; and in one business day a vehicle which completely met my specifications was transferred into inventory, prepared and delivered. The 4Runner has met or exceeded all of my expectations.
My maintenance oil message came up low. So I called Lancaster Toyota. It was time for an oil change and other maintenance. They got me in within 2 hours. Recommended other things to be done on vehicle but the costs were too high. So I skipped those recommendations and did just what was necessary at this time. Otherwise they did an Awesome job....
