After being grossly overcharged for a vehicle through Alamo at Harrisburg Airport, I was extremely grateful and delighted to be able to return that car to Enterprise in East Petersburg, then re-rent it for an extended period at a much more reasonable rate. This was my first time renting a car. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. They picked me up from my location and handled everything well. I was able to drop the rental car off after hours with no hassle. Billing took a while to process but besides that, it was everything I expected in a car rental experience. The car I was given, a 2015 Nissan Altima, was very clean and ran exceptionally well during the time I had it.
The website was easy to navigate and it worked well. Reservations were easy to make. The facility was clean. The vehicle promised was there and ready. All that should get 4 stars. The 5th star comes from the quality of service provided by the staff. There are a lot of similar products and services in the market place. The folks who interact with the customer can make all the difference. I definitely will return to and recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in East Petersburg, PA.
